The system is intended to manage and streamline the issuance, recharging, and utilization of NOL cards, which are used for accessing public transportation services, including buses, metro, tram, and water transport. The new system will enhance user experience, ensure efficient operations, and provide robust data management capabilities.
The proposed NOL Travel Loyalty Program is a seamless addition to the existing NOL card system, aimed at enhancing user engagement, promoting sustainable transport habits, and incentivizing regular usage of public transportation. This program is built on a modular, scalable architecture and integrates directly with the NOL system to offer personalized rewards, flexible point accumulation, and redemption options.
At its core, the loyalty program operates on a Point Accumulation Mechanism, where commuters earn points for every trip taken using their NOL card. Additional incentives are offered for eco-friendly travel behaviors, such as traveling during off-peak hours or using multiple transport modes.
